Please note that delivery typically takes 12–15 business days after shipment, plus 1–3 business days processing time, so your return window begins only after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and fulfillment center.

Weekends and public holidays are not included in shipping estimates.

For pre-orders, estimated stock arrival dates will be clearly stated on the product page.

All deliveries are shipped without additional import duties or customs charges.
