Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery typically takes 8–15 business days depending on your location. Delays may occur due to high demand, customs, or carrier issues beyond our control.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. You must contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and no restocking fees are charged.
Cancellation Policy
Orders are processed automatically and sent to our warehouse quickly. You may request a cancellation before your order has been shipped or entered production. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. In cases of customer-initiated cancellations, we may deduct up to 5% of the order total to cover non-refundable payment processing fees. This applies when orders are placed by mistake, incorrect details are provided, or order information is not reviewed before checkout. This fee does not apply if the cancellation is due to our error, such as stock issues or significant delays.
Returns (Additional Conditions)
Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Do not send items back to the manufacturer without approval, as unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
Pre-Orders
All pre-orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, as funds are immediately allocated to production, materials, and logistics.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Digital Products (eBooks & Downloads)
All digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable. If a digital product is included for free or as a bonus and the full order is returned, the full retail value of the digital product will be deducted from your refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company and bank, as processing times may vary. If the issue persists, please contact us.
